Hesperia Unified School District is committed to ensuring that its website is accessible to all students, parents/guardians, and visitors, including individuals with disabilities. The District’s website is designed, maintained, and monitored in compliance with the requirements of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and that statute's implementing regulations at 34 C.F.R. Part 104, as well as Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and that statute's implementing regulations at 28 C.F.R. Part 35. The District shall ensure that all website content or functionality on its websites shall conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1, Level AA standards, or updated equivalents of these guidelines.
